We believe that while exercising an option to renew provision is most suitable under some circumstances, many landlords' and tenants' situations change to the extent that new lease terms are required. We examine the feasibility of addressing alternative terms not contained in option to renew clauses and represent clients in this non-traditional lease negotiation.
